The Heart of Personal Development
Personal development cannot be found in books, it can only be found in relationship.
Personal development can take many other names: transcendence, growth, self improvement, happiness, self-realization, fulfilled potential, etc. fill in whatever resonates with you. You can read all the books, listen to all the podcasts, go to workshops, take online courses on connecting with your higher self, align your chakras (all very good things, by the way). But, without interacting with the world, you won't get to the top of the mountain.
What is the Venus Sequence?
The Gene Keys teaching is a transmission received by Richard Rudd over a period of time after he had received the transmission of the Gene Keys. They are an evolution of the human design system, that also integrates astrology, the I-ching and chakras, with a dash of mystery and mysticism.
This is a whole new system of working with or discovering your soul's mission for you in this lifetime. You took your breath at the precise moment when the Universe/God/Goddess/Spirit wanted to manifest the exact star essence that is you. Your gifts, passions, proclivities, personality quirks, desires, wishes and mannerisms are the tools bestowed on you by God/Universe/Spirit, in cahoots with you, to realize a grander purpose.

Venus graces my 10th house cusp this week, suggesting she wants to weave herself into my public legacy. And here's what I believe: Venus, in her essence, yearns to be seen. While traditionally known as the planet of love, Venus in astrology embodies the heart of feminine values - beauty, warmth, and all the tender qualities that love encompasses.
The Origin Story
As he tells it, the Venus Sequence came to Richard Rudd during a pivotal train journey across England - a moment when Venus was cazimi, perfectly aligned with the heart of the Sun.

It is made up of 6 spheres, each sphere represents an area of your personality
Each sphere has a Gene Key and a line attributed to it, unique to you
Each Gene Key and line adds flavor and specificity to you
Each Gene Key has a shadow, a gift and a siddhi
The spheres are connected by 5 pathways
These pathways are clues to contemplation and sphere interactions
